La Dolce Vita first opened its doors in 2002, just 200 metres from the enchanting natural oasis of Lake Pozzillo, in the heart of the province of Enna. A country house transformed, year after year, into a restaurant, a pizzeria, a bed & breakfast and a park with a swimming pool.
For more than twenty years, everything we do has grown from one simple idea: to use local produce to cook authentic Sicilian dishes, to welcome people the way you would family, and to make room for rest and for taking things slowly.
The location, a stone's throw from the lake, is no mere detail: it is the very reason this place exists. The centuries-old olive trees, the fresh waters, the mountain biking and trekking trails that cross the Erei hills are right there, just outside the door, waiting to be rediscovered.

Morning
Breakfast
Homemade jams, warm croissants, fruit from the garden, Sicilian orange juice. Out on the veranda, in the cool air off the lake.

Slow time
A book in the shade of the olive trees, a dip in the pool, a stroll down to the lake. Here, the hours pass differently.

Evening
At the table
Candles are lit in the gazebo, the pergola dresses itself in warm light, and the scent of pizza drifts from the ovens. The kitchen speaks Sicilian.

Under the stars
The pool water turns violet, the lights mirror across it, the hillside falls silent. Only the beauty remains.

Terroir
Oil from our own olive trees, cheeses from the Erei hills, vegetables from the farmers of Regalbuto. We know the people who supply us by name.

A leisurely breakfast, a walk to the lake at dawn, a dinner that doesn't end with the coffee. Here, time is measured differently.

We are a small place, run by the people who live in it. We welcome you as guests, not as customers.
