This document governs the use of the website www.ladolcevitaregalbuto.com (hereinafter the “Site”) and the services for booking B&B rooms, restaurant tables and pool admissions at La Dolce Vita Ristorante B&B Pizzeria, located at Contrada Piano Arena, Lago Pozzillo, Regalbuto (EN) 94017, Sicily, Italy (hereinafter the “Property”).

By making a booking through the Site, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

Room bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via Stripe (credit or debit card).

• Check-in: 12:00-15:00 and 16:30-20:00. Check-out: by 10:00.
• The price includes breakfast and free access to the pool and grounds for the entire duration of the stay.
• In the event of a no-show, the amount will not be refunded.
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in by contacting the Property directly. Later cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Booking a table does not require online payment: the bill is paid at the Property at the end of the meal. The Property reserves the right to confirm or decline the booking within 24 hours. Confirmation or refusal is communicated by email.

Any allergies, food intolerances or special requests must be reported at the time of booking in the notes field.

Booking a day at the pool is confirmed upon receipt of full payment via Stripe. Admission includes a sun lounger and, subject to availability, a parasol.

• The pool is open in season (hours published on the Site).
• It is mandatory to comply with the rules displayed at the Property.
• Children under 4 years of age are admitted free of charge.
• In the event of closure due to bad weather or force majeure, the amount is fully refunded or rescheduled.

Online payments are processed by Stripe Inc. over an encrypted connection. The Property does not store credit card data.

The Property is not liable for personal belongings forgotten, lost or damaged during the stay or visit. Guests are required to respect the spaces and property of the Property. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be charged to the person responsible.

The Property reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

For any dispute, the competent court is that of Enna, Sicily, Italy.
