Our cuisine begins in the garden and with local producers: seasonal vegetables, Sicilian-breed meats, cheeses from the Erei mountains, fish from the lake. Family recipes reinterpreted with a gentle touch, never overdone.
Every dish is a glimpse of Sicily: summer caponata, pasta alla norma, the festive roasts of celebration. A cuisine that needn't dazzle, only move you.
